Fuel pump pressure wont start
You have picked up the sediment from the bottom of the tank causing a blockage in the pickup pipe in the tank.Remove and clean out the pipe.

It plugs in to the valve cover toward the rear of the engine and has a 1/2 hose that plugs to the main air intake. You simply unplug it and plug the new one in get the new one first and you will see no tools required five minute job

It's not really easy to tell, you need to test for power and ground at the sending unit at the
fuel tank,
while someone is watching the fuel gauge inside the vehicle. 90% of
the time (especially on Ford's) it's a faulty sending unit in the
fuel tank, which is usually sold with the fuel pump...if not, I would replace the
pump
while I had the tank out anyway just as a precautionary measure.

- In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
- Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
- Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

I had the same problem with mine. It ended up being the neutral safety switch connected to the clutch pedal. At least with mine you had to hold down the clutch or the truck didnt think it was in neutral. No neutral means it wont start.

IREPLACED THE BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR
Try replacing the solenoid relay switch. It is located under the hood on the drivers side fender just about a foot behind the battery. Disconnect battery. Disconnect wires, remember where they go. Unbolt it and take it to parts store they may be able to test it. they are cheap about $25.

You need to pull the trans and completely disassemble, to do the band,so where did that come from?
Bands are installed,adjusted once and that is it. Never need constant adjustment,no wear,just burn up, along with everything else.
Now you got to hope, you got no hard part damage.

Since your speedometers work, the problem is in the gearing to the trip and mileage odometers. Simple problem, major pain to fix but, remove instrument cluster - you'll have to remove speedo cable to get it out. Use the old Mark I eyeball to check for broken parts. Might even have to drop steering column - disconnect air bag first!
