Heater doesnt work
What doesn't work about it? The fan or the heat or the defrost? Does it do anything at all when you turn it on?

The plastic boosters on this model have problems. Replace with the metal ones from a later model

Here is the procedure: Remove radiator cap, Drain coolant, remove drain plug located at bottom of radiator. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses, Remove electric fans mounting 4 bolts and disconnect electrical plug connection, Remove Hi & Lo transmission cooler lines connected behind radiator and finally, remove upper radiator mounting bolts located on top and remove radiator upward.
I have a 97 taurs with a steering problem. It
check to see if you have power steering fluid. if your low fill it up. (most cases thats all it is) check around for any leaks or parts to the power steering unit for and damage (hoses, pump, rer, rack and pinion, any seals or such. you might have a leak somewhere. when your looking for leaks fill the res up with power steering fluid. turn the car on. and have someone turn the wheel so get the fluid to build up pressure in the system.
How do replace a water bypass tube on a 97 ford
is this a queston of how to replace a stock part on stock car.a: unclamp it, pull it and reverse procedure.or how to hack (non stock modifcations) the heater hose, bypass. iteasy, cut it off and put a loop in place of both hoses.
