Will a 86 motor swap into a 93 f150
The motor might with some modifications, a big difference in years and systems, though both are OBD-1. Not even sure the '86 is injected, or is it carbureted? Better off looking for an engine nearer to your '93. There could be multiple issues with sensors and their wiring between the two. Don't use shortcuts, scope it all out beforehand, or you could wind up with a half finished '93 with a forlorn "pond jumper for sale" in your driveway. good luck, Craig.

Yes,it can be that module on the side of distributor. Have you put one on there? You have to coat the side which touches the distributor with white conductive grease that dissipates that heat.
Did you do that? Have the module tested at Auto-Zone, but make them leave it on the tester a while and they may see the problem.
