Headlights will not light. All other lights come
Hi Robert,When you say that you replaced the light switch, were you talking about the MAIN headlamp switch in the dash? or were you refering to the multifunction switch in the steering column? The reason I ask is because this really sounds like a problem with the multifunction switch. The multifunction switch is not hard to change. Just a cou[ple of screws to remove the plastic shroud around the steering column then remove a couple screws from the switch and disconnect the electrical cnnector. If this is the switch you already replaced let me know.It makes a difference whether your T-bird is equipped with automatic or manual headamps. The problem could be different things dependin on which system you have.I have included the wiring diagrams for BOTH systems in a PDF file for you to download. Just click the link below. This file will only be available for three days, so be sure and save a copy to your computer for future reference.
Headlamps.pdfLet me know if you need further assistance.Regards, Dave (dttech)

Was the Master cylinder replaced, & if so, did you "pre-bleed" it. The master cylinder itself can be bad.

Water leak underneth 93 ford
Sounds like it's leaking from the water pump. There are weep holes in the water pump and when the bearing in the water pump has worn out, coolant will start to leak from the holes.
Replace the water pump after you inspected it for any signs of leak. Good luck and thank you for using Fixya.

The gear shifter wont move
I currently have the same problem. If the engine is running the shifter will not move from Park. If you turn the key to the accessories position, put the car in NEUTRAL and then start the engine it will then shift. I am led to believe that this issue has something to do with the brakes.
This has happened to me b4 when I first started driving the car. When I bought the car I had to replace the brakes all the way around and that's when the shifter problem arose.
My advice, check your brakes or have them checked.

Replaced the electric fuel pump
Did you change the fuel filter? There is a lot of accumulated gunk in a fuel tank and when you put on a new fuel pump it has a habit of suxing up some of that gunk and fowling the fuel filter.
Troubleshooting is a step by step process and you have to take things one step at a time. You have to first make sure you are getting spark and fuel necessary for starting.
