Be extremely careful with dealing with air bag sensors. You should not touch them if you don't know what you are doing. With that said, the sensor triggers are located behind the front fascia on the metal face that's on the opposite side of the radiator. Disconnect the battery before doing anything as it can trigger the bag to deploy.

recheck the battery and connections new doesnt mean free from defects or loose connections if battery good check and test the starter --as to fuel filter and pump if it turned over and did not start you could consider putting them in the equation but yours car in not turning over

Have you ever heard of testing before replacing parts ? Fuel pressure an flow tesing , testing the electrical circuit for the fuel pump , amp draw testing , voltage drop testing etc... The vents are vacuum controlled. Most likely the vacuum line from the engine to the controller has broken. I look for the break, if I can't find it. I just run a new one. You'll have to drill a hole in the firewall and silicone the line there. To keep it from chafing.

Probably pinched wired somewhere, has the car been wrecked?

IAC - idle air control valve ? Maybe a vacuum leak .

Check all of gas lines and connections inside the engine compartment. Leaking fuel somewhere is causing this.

What about your sensor? There are several, and I've changed pretty much all of them on mine.... Which one in particular do you need to change?

i had to jack motor up a little bit but becareful not too much u can brake wires n other things

If the vehicle is equipped with a timing belt, make sure it hasn't jumped throwing the valve timing off.

There r ways around that if u follow the brake line u could cut the broken one right before the gas tank then flare it n connect a new line n run it on the side of the gas tank with wire ties . Also u can put a compression fitting on the line u cut after the gas tank that's Wat I did two years ago n they r still working fine .if u can get the flare kit do it that way cuz I belive they can fail u for the compression fitting

this code indicates a problem with the transmission range selected switch, this switch is on the transmission case where the shift cable attaches, when u select a gear it sends a signal to the computer control that u want lets say Reverse by sensing the range selector switch feedback, replace the switch will most likely cure the code, then clear the code and drive a few miles.

I'd suggest getting a chilton or Haynes book for your car first. Very handy! If no spark, you can test the coil with an ohmmeter, and test wires to it. Another possibility is wires to crankshaft position sensor shorted, or sensor is bad. This sensor tells computer when to fire, and if bad, you get no spark situation. Also check any fuses that have to do with ignition.

First, check to make sure your spare tire and jackstand are secure and not moving around. That could be a really simple cause, and free to fix. Second, with the car off and cooled down, take your hand and try to wiggle the muffler. The muffler or exhaust pipe leading to the muffler could be loose. This is probably what's causing the rattle.
