There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--

1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery. With meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged. If the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop. If the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.

2) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? If no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack. If the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack. The spark plug gets power to spark from coil pack.

3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car. If the battery is charged and you start the car then it gives power to the starter to start the car. But if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.

4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car. If there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.

5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then it's a electrical issue and the wiring's in the car needs to be checked. The car gets power from the battery to get started. so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.

the heater will not have a drain hose but the evaporator for the ac unit will have . Pull the floor mat back under the ac box and you will see where the drain hose goes into the floor pan

Check with your local library. They carry Haynes and Chilton's service manuals for most cars and have accounts that will get you online access to their amauals as well, but you can only acess them at the library computers.

Unfortunately, the wires on your car were absolute junk. The insulation literally crumbles off and leaves bare wire exposed. I would suggest finding a reputable repair shop that has a mechanic that is good with wiring and have your car re-wired on the fan and A/C circuits as they are both tied together and both have the same problems.

That is a fault code for the evaporative emissions system. Often, it is just a loose or faulty gas cap, or it may be a leak in one of the hoses in that system. Check the gas cap, and if it's okay, then start checking the associated hoses for leaks.

There isn't one

If you are referring to throttle position sensor. it is located on the side of the throttle body.

Find the leak, replace the line and then bledd your brakes. Can't tell you more from such a vague request.

Try your states e-library. I live in Michigan and use MI. e-library it has Chilton's auto manuals on line.

They could be the VSS or the wiring to it or the control module.

According to the Ford OBD code list for your car, it is "Additional Fan Relay Circuit Malfunction." I would check the fan relay and all connections to it. If you can't find anything there, then I would guess it's probably a wiring issue somewhere.

The starter relay is mounted on the starter itself. To see if the relay itself is working, check for voltage on the small wire on the relay while someone is turning the key to the "Start" position. If you have voltage there but the starter doesn't work, then replace the entire starter and relay assembly.
