2001 Dodge Neon - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I have a 2001 dodge neon and my fuse keeps blowing
fuses blowing that fast almost has to be a shorted positive wire. have you traced your wires to see if any have been compromised or maybe wore against the frame. it could also be a wire on the inside lights .. the door switches for inside lights used to be notorious for shorting out over time and causing this issue

Where is the fuse gore the horn on a 2001 dodge
It's either under the hood on the left hand sidein a black box on the shock tower or for the smaller fuses it's inside the drivers door lower end of the dash behind a pull off panel marked fuses

Why is water on driver's side floor?
If it has a sun roof, it is normally from a blocked drain. Normally, they run behind the plastic molding of the windshield pillars. Also check for holes in the floor pan under the pedals, and heater core (as suggested by Dan, I forgot that one).

You need to have a shop look at this, it is really hard to say what is wrong, just to big of a guess.

My 2001 dodge neon, turn signals , hazards, and brake lights do not work. 3rd brake light does work though. Any ideas?
Maybe something wrong with multifunction switch? Your lower stop lamps are wired through the multifunction switch, the high mount stop lamp isn't wired that way. The lower brake lamps and turn signal, use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. Sometimes, you can click on diagram to enlarge, if not, click on your highlighted post, sometimes on that page, you can enlarge.
