Ok you must check all fuses first then clean all electrical connections next the cooling fan relay maybe stuck or the coolant temperature sensor is bad the fuel pump is supposed to energize when you turn the key on but it might be a relay or the same one also is there a check engine light on? If all fuses are good and nothing else is found try diconnecting the battery for 5min then reconnecting it you may have codes stored in the keep alive memory of the obd system but we need to erase and let new ones come back in then go to autozone and have them read for free but this sounds like a blown fuse/s and bad relays and coolant temp sensor good luck stephen

1993 mustang conv all power winows and door locks quit working ?
Sounds like your ground part of the circuit is not working. Check in the door opening for broken wires-that's where they get stretched and break. Identify your ground for the windows that comes from the switch and goes into the cabin to a ground location-like behind the kick panel under the dash, maybe located there. You can use your multi-meter to check continuity of ground wire and also if the ground is good. Like this: your red lead to a wire or terminal that has power on it. Then connect your black lead to the ground wire terminal at the switch. If the meter shows voltage, then you know the ground is good. If the ground is not good, the meter won't register. See?

Well since where talking about a ford mustang prior to say 1996 we have to use their FORDS old terminology. Prior to the government and ASE OBD2 guidelines every automobile manufacturer had there on termolog ligy for part names. Sorry for the history lesson but times where Confusing to say the least for the home mech at the parts shop with no computer to verify correct part name or # prior to removing it and bring whatever you removed in to the parts shop haha. However I believe you're referring to the TFI Module correct? Was the part under the sttering well or attached to the Dizzy?

How many fuel filters are located on a 93 Mustang
there is one main filter that is changed regularly, there is one in the fuel tank located on the fuel pickup tube that is called a sock. this is usually only replaced when the pump is replaced or if something was put in the tank like sand sugar or diesel.
