My check engine light in
No. You can get a Free scan at Autozone or Oreillys. You may be able to fix the problem yourself. If you do not want to work on your van you can use the information from the free scan as a second opinion. You would then be assured the proper repair will be made at the Repair place of your choice when they tell you the same thing.

Po232 Located on a 1997 Ford Windstar
Fuelpump secondary circuit high. First try changing fuel filter, it is probably plugged which is over working your fuelpump. If filter was or is changed & problem persists will most likely need to change fuelpump.

Why is my check engine light coming on
You will have to have a scan tool,or code reader hooked up to the ob2 connector to read the codes to find out ,it will come on for dozens of reasons, and there are too many guesses,Auto zone will do this for free if there is one near you,if this was at all helpful, please rate thank you.

Where do all the vacuum lines go...
I would suggest in getting a service manual for this level of detail.
They cost abit, but it's well worth it. Pepboys or Autozone both carry most of them.
Good luck.

A light ABS turns on all time, what does it means?
One of your ABS sensors are probibly in need of replacement.
There are four of them, they look like a small round cylinder that sits right up next to a Gear looking thing called a harmonic ring the ring is attatched to the cb boot right up next to the inner wheel, you will need to figure out which one to replace.
First of all simply locate them on each wheel, front and back, and check the wireing harness and plugs for dirt. make sure they are clean. and start the engine again. the ABS light should go off if they are working. " I like to use some brake cleaner to clear the plugs" just maks sure they are dry before plugging them back in.
Also make sure they are good and tight. If you can see the harmonic ring, check it for damage and make sure it has all it's teeth.
Otherwise I'd make sure they are not damaged or missing. on the front, they are located just under the brake caliper. On the rear, they are attatched to the backs of the drum assembly.
Although they are in real tight, they are usually only held in with one screw. Just be real careful not to damage them with a screwdriver while inspecting them. If you need to get one, I found them on ebay for around $30-50 ea.. and I used a deadblow hammer and simply tapped it in very carfully after cleaning the hole..
Good luck..
