Timing chain setup diagram shows the timing marks less than 90 deg from the cam cover surface. With the marks on my chain lining up with the timing marks, the sprocket on the passenger side of the car is greater than the 90 degs from the cam cover surface. This doesn't seem correct. Any assistance would be appreciated.
.
Remove the two bolts, the timing chain tensioner and tensioner arm.
NOTE: LH shown; RH similar.
Remove the bolts and the timing chain guides.
Installation
CAUTION: Do not compress the ratchet assembly. This will damage the ratchet assembly.
Compress the tensioner plunger, using an edge of a vise.
If the copper links are not visible, mark two links on one end and one link on the other end, and use as timing marks.
If removed, install LH and RH crankshaft sprockets.
Position the tensioner arms and tensioners, and install the bolts.

Can you please provide me with a diagram/location of the low-side ac port on my vehicle to check for ac problems?
the low side charging port is near the AC Accumulator/Reciever dryer cannister in the larger of the 2 AC lines.

Can anyone please tell me what size brake line and fittings I will need to replace rear brake lines?....
Thanks
Which brake line are you talking about?. The metal steel ones,or the rubber ones. Doesn't matter. If you are buying the rubber ones, then just ask for them by year and model of truck.
If you are working with the steel ones, they are either going to be 5/16 or 1/4 depending which line it is. the 5/16 ones are usually attached to the master cylinder or the ABS unit. The fittings sometimes if you don't find the right one have to be re used, in which case you will need to flare the tubing. (Double Flare) Or you can go to the dealer, pay an arm and a leg, but you don't have to flare the tubing, which takes the fun out of the job.

where is the AC compressor relay on 1999 Ford Expedition
There's a A/c clutch relay if that's the one your looking for. that relay is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below). The relay that I am talking about will be in the number 204 position (see picture of layout below). This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual for your vehicle, email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and i will be happy to email you one. Don't worry it won't cost you anything. I hope this helps you and good luck.

I have a Ford Expedition 2003 SUV and the heater stopped working on it. It works once in a while but now it seems to not work at all. What could be the problem and how could it be fixed. A/C works perfect but doesn't throw out any heat when I change the knob to red. Please help me!
This is all to common an issue in many Fords starting in the mid 90's, reason they went to a electric motor to control the air blend door , this motor moves the door air that diverts heat or cold from the AC, or mixes or blends it,the motor has failed or the door is stuck in the air duct, the bottom line is that to fix either problem the dash must be removed, no a job for the home mech, takes about 10-15 hrs to complete.

how do i bleed the brakes on a 99 ford expedition?
on the brake calipers ther is a bleeder screw. It looks like a grease fitting.1) fill brake fluid 2) have a helper pump the brake pedal ( vehicle not running ) 6 - 8 times to the floor and release then press pedal to the floor and hold with foot pressure pressing down. 3) at this time loosen the bleeder valve and the pressure and air will release,( do not allow brake pedal to release or come up, continue to hold to the floor ! ) after pressure and any noticeable air bubbles and no more fluid comes out then this is the time to tighten or (close ) the bleeder screw. 4) continue this process untill no visable air bubbles are present, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR AFTER TWO BLEEDINGS AND FILL AS NECESSARY ! 5) Continue the procedure on the opposite side. Do the two front wheels and the rear wheels as a pair as the brake system is a two part system, FRONT & REAR
