Get the trouble codes. Have it scanned for them. If the light is on, it likely set a code that will help in diagnosing. Also test fuel pressure.

change your selenoid on the passenger side fender under the hood. you can test it by useing a screwdriver to arc the terminals and if it starts but wont with the key then you know it is bad.

if it cranks over-it may be an ignition system fault/ if you turn the key and nothing happens at all with a good battery-it may be a bad starter motor-the starter motor has a very small wire connection not like the big fat starter motor battery connection-it is small and comes from the ignition switch - just apply 12 volts from the battery to that connector terminal and the motor will crank-key off it will not start-turn key to ignition on- it will start, so be in park and block the wheels and do not make a mistake

was the correct bulb used? this sounds like a single function bulb was used NOT the bulb that will light with the headlights and ALso produce turn singles

check the brake switch with a test light you should have power all the time on one wire and only power on the other wire when the pedal is pushed. if you don`t have power all the time check fuses, if you don`t have power on the other wire the switch is bad, if this is good then check the sockets at the rear to see if you have power and ground. if not then you have a wiring problem between the switch and the socket and you will have to find the break starting at the back of the socket and move towards the switch checking the wiring until you find the problem.

There are many possibilities. The engine mount(s) may be worn out or broken. The engine may have an intermittent miss causing uneven running (an out-of-balance condition). Uneven compression in the cylinders can cause thew same problem. Badly tuned engine due to one or more sensors being out of tolerance.

Check with a Ford Dealer about a possible recall to replace or install fusible link on cruise control cable located by master cylinder.

ok its sound like you have a problem with your reverse it could be a broken reverse ban or the seal are worn and causing it to loose pressure you should get it fix because the forward gears soon give way as well so get the tranie repaired

Hello, Most of the fuses service more than one thing. The number 1 fuse on the side panel of the dash is for the Hazard Flashers, Stop Lamps, Indicator lamps, Speed Control, and Brake Shift Interlock. 93-2000 models but may be the same because Ford likes to keep things the same or very close to the same. It should be a 15Amp fuse. Hope this helps. You may also look in your owner's manual.

If you ran the engine for 20 minutes with no oil, it has likely been damaged significantly and has locked up. Surely you would have had a low oil pressure light. First step will be to see if the engine even turns or not.

Go to you local automotive store like advanced auto,or auto zone and buy a "Haynes manual" it shows all that towards the back of the book. You will buy it for your year and model of your vehicle. It shows so much info. I recommend it to anyone, I'm glad I found out about the Haynes manual myself.

you changed the actuator and the switch ??? did you ever check for power ??? ground ??? do you have a test light and a wiring diagram ???
