There is a wire with a bulb on the end hanging from my car on rear left side what is that

That bulb/wire may have been for one of those red marker lights on the side of the car. If it got all full of slush it may have shorted something else, and those other two items may be in the same circuit that is now shorted out.

We just purchased a 2003 park Avenue buick and noticed a constant buzzing sound. What is it? Thanks. S.s.

You could be hearing the air compressor for the air shocks running. This would indicate an air hose cracked or fallen off the shock.

Passanger side doors wont lock

From where , any switch ? driver door switch or either passenger door switch . This is a very complex system controlled by modules (microprocessors) ?€¢ The driver door switch assembly (DDSA)

?€¢ The driver door module (DDM)

?€¢ The passenger door module (PDM)

?€¢ The rear door module (RDM)

?€¢ The LH front power door lock switch

?€¢ The RH front power door lock switch

?€¢ The LH front door lock actuator

?€¢ The RH front door lock actuator

?€¢ The LH rear door lock actuator

?€¢ The RH rear door lock actuator

?€¢ The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR)

?€¢ The power door serial data circuit

?€¢ The class 2 serial data circuit

?€¢ The DRVMDL Fuse - 10 amp

?€¢ The PDM Fuse - 10 amp

?€¢ The RRINMDL Fuse - 10 a Class 2 and Power Door Serial Data Links The class 2 and power door data circuits are both serial data links. The serial data circuits replace cables in the vehicle by multiplexing (time-sharing) data to and from each device over a single wire referenced to ground. If the power door serial data is lost, both the rear door module (RDM) and the passenger door module (PDM) enters the sleep mode. With the RDM and the PDM in sleep mode, no power door operations are possible. Your best bet is to take it to the dealer or an ASE certified repair shop .

When car is in park or stopped the rpms fluctuate below 1 and car stalls out.

Idle speed is normally controlled by the idle air control motor. These units get dirty and fail, but can often be cleaned and restored to normal function. You will need to remove the unit to clean it, but be careful not to damage the plunger and seat. Use carb + choke cleaner and maybe a small screwdriver (carefully), then blow unit out with compressed air. Replace gaskets as needed. Also low idle can be caused by vacuum leaks, bad O2 sensor, clogged exhaust (cat converter), dirty MAF, bad coolant temp sensor.

Idle rough no acceleration

Is the check engine light on/flashing? You may have a cylinder misfire causing a rough idle and poor hesitation like acceleration

How is it the windshield wipers were working fine. Now they do not operate. I hear the wiper motor running, but the wipers stay down with a slight jerking movement. What's wrong?

sounds like the linkage is broken/disaconnected, under the hood against the firewall is the wiper motor assy, behind that is the linkage something must be broken/disconnected

Gauge Info. display reads service stability system.

To start you have to run the codes from the stability control module, and once that's done then you can beging to look for the problem, only a tech II scanner can reset this module, also make sure all tires are the same size

2003 buick park avenue misses badly on acceleration or hill climbing. ZSpark plugs show burn lines on ceramic part replace and it reoccurrs

Did you also replace the spark plug wires? The burn lines on the ceramic would indicate that it's jumping fire. Are the burn lines on ALL the plugs or just one or two? If you look closely at the wires in the dark, you will be able to see the spark jumping to ground if the wires are bad. If you have already replaced the wires and still have that issue, it's possible that you have a bad coil pack or ignition module.

I need to find the fuse for the power distributer why the engine light is on for 2003 buick park avenue

Sounds like an emission problem. Take it to your local parts store (AutoZone. Advance, Oreilly's). They usually connect the scan tool and check for free.

The door pops when you open it. it is centered around the roller assembly in the door that holds the door open when on a incline. the rollers move with the arm instead of spreading to go over the hump

try applying some WD-40 or light penetrating oil to see if it improves but it the rollers move then there is a chance that something has broken
