No heat to floor
Hi there, please check that the damper is changing position, try moving the knob from defrost to front panel and vice versa; then try to floor; feel the air coming out. If no change or air in just one position, no vacuum from the engine; check the vacuum distributor hoses close to the Brake Booster in th engine compartment, may be the hose to the AC Heater is not properly hock up or damage. The blend door actuator or control is not working; there are several videos how to replace the actuator from the radio compartment in you tube. The cost should be around $35-$50 in an auto store. Good look, take care.

When i try to start the van i only get a click sound
I would think your battery could be dead. try jumpstarting from a jumper box or another vehicle or better yet put battery on charger for a few hours.
Also check both + and - connections and be sure they are not corroded and are getting good contact. If after this you still get only clicking sound I would think that starter needs replacing.

2000 windstar headlights stay on when van is off.
Is it just the headlights or is it all the exterior lights? Parking lights too. Here is the wiring diagram for auto lamps if that is what you have. This can point you in the right direction if you know your way around a diagram. Also, here is a trouble shooting guide to rule out your light switch itself, if you know how to use a multimeter. I hope this helps you. Always be careful when testing on a car. It is only twelve Volts but can really pack a punch and things fry if you don't do it right. When testing the switch, remove it from the vehicle.
