Check the fuel pump pressure ( use correct pressure guage and safety goggles) and make sure the fuel filter is good or replace before you do that.
Pressure should be around four and half to five bar. If that works out ok, borrow an air flow sensor from a friends car (which is running correctly and try it. You may have to replace all three items to get the performance you want. Best of luck

It is the air bag malfunction warning light.

This will show if the fuse for the air bag operation has blown or if the fuse is removed and not replaced. There can also be other causes such as problems with the wiring or wiring connections.

As a first step check the fuse panel and ensure the fuse is OK. The fuse location is covered in the owner's manual.

Try spinning all the fuses in the fuse box. That or replace with newer style copper barrel fuses. Corrosion from copper in fuse box and aluminum on the fuse ends causes gremlins. ABS light may be low fluid or bad sensor on the ABS pump. I dont know where the convienence relay for the 190E is but it may be done. But again check the fuse fist. Also dont spin too much or you will cut the ends of the fuses off.

You mean 400E I hope and its on the drivers side near the strut mount and may look like a big tire assembly to fill with air.

Best thing to do is undo the battery or pull the unit out for 24 hrs and try again. If it is the correct code youll be able to renter it. If not pull head unit and take car to a dealership and they will look it up.

If you had any other work done before this problem, you may have lost the ground connection from fire wall to motor frame. Check cable coming out of negative post make sure it is connected to frame.

Hi! You may have grounded wirings thats why the lights are busting up. First of all check the fuse of turn signals and headlights if they are blown. If they are, pleae replace them. If the headlights and turn signals still busted after replacement then you may need to see an auto electrician to have a hands on checking for the grounded wires causing the problem. The pulley on the air condition has to turn it has a belt on it. The Compressor engages to pre cool the evaporator. Most likely you have a blend door pod leak or leak in the hose or the sampler valve is bad. I would replace the sampling valve behind the glove box/air bag. As that reads the cabin temp and if it thinks the car is cold the heat will stay on because everything is automatic. All vents will blow cold when it thinks its hot and in addition to floor and corner dash center vents will blow cold when it works. If the direction of air is correct then the A/C system may have a leak or need a charge of freon.

Your best bet is a clogged radiator. when your car is warmed up turn on the a/c and look under the hood to see if the fan is blowing hard. if it is replace the radiator. If you are car savvy you could put in a hi flow water pump, they are pretty cheap after market and easy to install.

Check fuse for windows as if they all dont work its normally a fuses. Make sure you replace all aluminum type with new copper barrel fuses. Corrosion causes alot of gremlins in those old MB's.

B2 piston probably fell out after ceramics cracked. Have a shop order and replace or do it yourself.

Drain the old fuel from tank, put some LUCAS FUEL TREATMENT with fresh fuel. Try pouring some fuel in intake to see if it fires up.
