Remove radiator and fan assemblies for easier access. Disconnect battery, disconnect wiring from alternator, remove belt and two bolts ,upper and lower that hold alternator. Wiggle and pry alternator free. Be careful not to bump into a/c condenser.

clean out the drain hose properly including the section that it is hooked to as the gunk builds up inside and over flows. The drain is in the lower half of one section so sealing the unit serves no purpose.

Because you fitted a different ECM unit to you car I suggest that you reset the unit using a code reader to see if that will reprogram the CPU unit to the different items.

try dissonnecting the battery may be it will reset

Call your closest Autozone or other partshouse and they can give you the torque setting and the order of tighting

All ac drains are locate at the bottom most part of the ac box in the car . Pull the floor carpets back and you will see a hose connected to the ac box that goes out through the floor pan

hmmm,sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere.maybe try at the back of the lighter for starters.has anything been installed recently?check there too.
