In the middle of the engine, it should be yellow.

Did it smell like it was getting gas, If not the gas line might of froze up,

they most asuredly do somewhere..look at the cables where they connect to the battery..there is some sort of connection there whether its a top post or sidepost..dont tell me its not there...sidepost have a 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch hex head stud that holds most cables in place.. top post has a clamp system that normally uses a 1/2 bolt on it and some use a screw clamp with a small metric fastener on it..which is yours..send a photo if you dont know..

You left something disconnected is my best guess. Look under the dash and see if the ignition switch is connected completely.

more than likely it is just low on power steering fluid. system might have air in it now. so after fill power steering unit to proper level driver the car and check fluid level again. and add more if needed . I believe car should have motor running for when checking fluid, same as transmission.

A 1999 Alero doesnt use a TPS sensor it is monitored by the ABS sensor on each wheel 2 reason why the light comes on you really have a low tire condition or it has been trip by the odometer for check, to cancell the light go the the fuse panel on the passenger side at the dash there yoyu will see a fuse access there is a button press and hold to clear the light other than that it direction for the light should be in the owner manual

the pressure sensor for the evap is on the top rear of the gas tank.

Does the battery have a good charge in it. Possible bad starter to.

Check your belt for tightness and the tensioner,open hood and watch belt turn and see if it is turning smoothly and rev up and see.You can go to Autozone,they will inspect and tell you if you need more help.

where is it leaking from the passenger side front or from under the car

Drive to AUTOZONE OR o'reilly's auto parts,have them check your alternator and battery,it's free and only takes a few minutes.
