Fuse #2 10A in underhood fuse box. Also, there's a tail light relay. Check that as well

There is a relay in the power block/ fuse box under the hood.

How to Retrieve a DTC

The Climate Control Unit has a self-diagnosis function. To run the self-diagnosis function, do the following:
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Tu rn the fan switch OFF, the temperature control dial to MaxCool (60.F or 18.C), and the mode control dial to Vent.
3, Turn the ignition switch ON (ll),then press and hold the recirculation control switch. Within lO seconds while holding the switch down, press the rear window defogger switch five times. The recirculation indicator blinks two times and the A/C indicator comes on, then the self-diagnosis will begin. About 15 seconds later, the self diagnosis will finish and the Ay'C indicator goes off. lf there is any problem in the system after finished self diagnosis, the recirculation indicator will blink the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 1 through 13. When problems in the evaporator temperature sensor circuit are detected (codes 14 and t5), the A/C indicator will blink the DTC. lf no DTCs are found. the indicator will not blink.
Resetting the Self-diagnosis Function
Turn the ignition switch OFF to cancel the self-diagnosis function. After completing repair work, run the self-diagnosis function again to make sure that there are no other malfunctions.

you might be lucky with ebay, but you normally have to go through your manufacturer i'm afraid.

It does not have one. It is not an old Ford. It may have a ignition relay.You may want to check to make sure you are getting power to the starter before you start changing relays.

If your vehicle had a condenser replaced and is now only blowing warm, chances are a cheap version of the OEM was installed. Demand an OEM replacement or you will never have cold air

If it is the original it is getting plugged up and needs to be replaced

it may not be the relay but the cooling fan itself failing intermittently, I had the same
problem with an 04 PT cruzer and the fan was intermittently failing (if the fan has an open frame on the motor water gets into the motor). I replaced the relay with no success
(located in the engine compartment as yours will most likely be). Once I replaced the
fan itself, the problem went away and the A/C functioned much better. Hope this helps.

Mine had the same problem at 30,000 miles, it was in fact the O2 sensor. I had it replaced and haven't had the CEL since. I've noticed that RSX's have this problem quite often, so don't be too surprised.

You have a constant velocity joint, which is located on the drive axle, that has a torn protective boot and the grease that was inside to lubricate the joint has leaked out. The joint now has no lubrication and is clicking due to metal to metal contact of the bearings and bearing cage in the joint. You'll ned to pull the axle and get it repaired or replace the axle.

Something in the transmission or accessory drive belts is where I would start to look
as it sounds dependent on engine speed.

check the a little tube on the outside the tube might be block causing the all the water from the ac to come down

The buckle and belt need to be replaced.  They are only good for one time during a collision.  The buckle has an explosive charge in it that causes the buckle to pull back toward the seat.  The belt does the the same.  It locks up during an accident, also so body shops can't try to reuse it.  The SRS light will stay on until they are replaced.

Seat belts are warranty items for life from Honda.

Is this when it is turned on?  Check the relay.  A/C works then gets hot all of a sudden, but it will work later?
