sounds like the key may be bent

Check for power to this circuit as well as proper replacement

left rear + pink/blue
left rear - blue/red
Right rear + violet
right rear - blue/oramge

To be honest, I am not exaclty familiar with this model, but it sounds very similar to many vehicles which have dual climate control. Because of this there are various blend doors (for front/rear or left/right dividers in the ducting) inside the duct work under the dash, it is possible that one or more is simply sticking. You may also want to check for a kink or any sort of gunk/gummed build up on the control cables also.

Also an important area of concern and the first step I would check is, to locate all your vehicles fuse panels. As the fuse may burn out on one side while the fuse controling the other is fine.

If all fuses look fine, at a bare minimum try to reseat them properly. making sure none are even slightly sitting tilted in their sockets.

most commonly this is caused by a blown fuse.

I cannot dispute the price the dealership quoted.
That said, a leaking A/C hose cannot be repaired. It needs to be replaced. These are vehicle specific parts so can get expensive. It also costs to vacuum the A/C system and refill with the the system
with freon.
The system ran out of freon because of the leaking hose, put in more freon with the leaking hose it all leaks back out.
So in effect the repair is a new hose, and a refill.
