Brake fluid leaking

The best way to find out where it is leaking is by having one person in the car pressing the brake repeatedly while someone watches the master cylinder. or you can go through with a towel or cloth and wipe off the break lines until they are dry. then you can drive it around a few miles and apply the break at stops and turns. once you return home you can look at the line and where their is oil on the line, is where your leak is. i hope this helps and i am sorry i cant provide more specific details.

I can't figure out how to get the water pump out of my 1997 rodeo? Do I need to pull the harmonic balancer?

On most vehicles you do, so very likely, in your case. You need good access to install the pump, so you don't cause a leak.

I have a 97 isuzu rodeo, starter just clicks, had

This may actually be a problem with the starter solenoid and not the neutral safety switch. If when you try to start the vehicle and you are only getting a clicking, then I would replace the starter solenoid which is typically found on the passenger side firewall. If not there, then on the starter itself.

Heather blower fan is not working on the dash

The blower motor is drawing to much power and has blown the resistor. As the motor build up too much resistance it will do that. That is due to the motor brushes and bearing failure. The impeller should turn freely. Sure it will work with direct power, but you do have a faulty motor. You need to replace the resistor and the motor at the same time to return it to normal operation.
