(usa cars, on a usa forum)seem like the fuse to the cluster are bad.are you blowing lots of fuse/?battery pull and you forget that PCM needs to relearn idle.so.... that was normalbefore working on any complex car, read the service manual firstnot make blunders.? there some that can be tragic.your dealer SUX,!if comm fail,i it can be fuse on pin 16 of DLC connector (scan port)is blownif pin 16 is hot,12vdcthen the comm buss is shorteda real TECh unplugs all comm buss,(CCD,PCI) modules 1 by 1to find how WHO is shorting the buss out. in real computer this is well known,many shops never took the class on networking,find a real ASE shopthat knows jeeps, and networkshis $800 blind guess, suxIF you scan tool plugs in and worksyou'd have seen if he Immbolizer as tripping.with codes just for it, bad key ,bad skim modulehe ASD relays drops and engine is stalled on purpose buy the PCMthe ASD drops for 7 reason or more (ONE IS CMP OTHER IS CKP AND MORE) NO NEED TO GUESS.and the PCM ALWAYS TELLS YOU WHY!READ THIS
