There are two possibilities here. If the system is air bound or the coolant level is low it can act like that. Check to make sure coolant is full...If it is, remove the cap and start the engine and let it run till it reaches operating temp, keeping the heater on high heat setting.
After it is fully warmed up, add more coolant if necessary.
The other item is the vacuum system. If there is a minor vacuum leak, there may not be enough vacuum to open the control doors for the heater. Since it was hit, I'd check all vacuum connections, lines and also the vacuum reservoir behind the front bumper inside the right fender (most common location) to make sure everything is intact. The leak would have to be small though or the system would not work at all so look carefully.

Probably a short in the wire or perhaps the fuse (check under hood). If you've every removed you high mount tire rack unit, sometimes the plugs where it connects may become loose as those clips are made of plastic. Check the fuses first before taking things apart.

My Blinkers dont work
If this is a Rubicon then fuse 20 is your power feed. Make sure the pnk/rd wire has 12v at the multfunction switch. If it doesn't then you fried the wire.

How to wire a jeep wrangler for towing behind a
I tow my 2005 Jeep Wrangler behind my motor home. I installed a Jeep trailer towing wiring kit to the rear lights. the bought a long trailer wiring kit and ran it from the front of the Jeep to the Jeep tralier wire plug. Pluged it in and pluged the other end into the motor home trailer light recptacle. I used only four wires plus ground. There is probably a way you could tap into the wiring harnes under the hood but not having a wiring diagram this is the best I could come up with and all lights do work. You can buy a test plug with led lights that plugs in both male and female, real handy for checking connections.

04 jeep wrangler (rhd) mail jeep.On its 3rd fuel
Id start looking at dirty fuel, or a dirty fuel filter... Maybe have the tank flushed, and the filter replaced... Remember the tank must be kept at least 1/4 full as to make sure the pump is always lubricated, that can wear out a pump prematurely, but 5000 miles is faster than Ive ever seen before... Please get back to me on this, Im curious now.

My jeep makes a whisling noise when you let off of
that sounds like a vacuum leak .. make sure the air filter is mounted correctly and held down properly .. check the vacuum hoses for cracks or disconnects .. particularly the one to the power brakes (its a big hose) .. make sure the air filter is not clogged ..

Death wobble
Check your track bar (panhard bar as some call it). It goes from the driver side frame to the passenger side axle (not from the steering box, but close to it). Have engine running, and turn steering wheel back and forth. If driver side of bar (frame side) moves up and down while steering wheel changes direction of rotation, replace it. Good luck.

I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler and the CEL came on so
P0155 is an O2 sensor heater fault. Could be the wiring to the sensor, could be internal to the sensor. Good explanation here (I see you have been there too!)
http://www.obd-codes.com/p0155
Use a Volt/Ohm meter to check the wiring harness. If those check out okay then replace the sensor.
Replacing an O2 sensor doesn't take long if you can access it. Sometimes there's not much space to work.
As for the cold weather... the cold weather has probably just uncovered an issue with the heater that *might* go away when it warms up. However it will take a while for the CEL to go off.

Rear end rebuild
Rebuilding a differential gear set of any kind is part "art form" and part precision mechanical. You need to be able to "read" gear patterns and have good accurate torque wrenches and dial indicators.
While it is a job that can be done by a novice, even many experienced techs will leave that work for specialists. Gears are expensive and the combined cost of the parts and labor generally is very high. One mistake can cause the gears to eat themselves up within a very short time.
Gear sets don't often fail unless they are subjected to abuse, therefore there are quite a few usually available in scrapyards. Then, your only requirement is to exactly match the ratio of the new one to the ratio of the one you have. Replacement is a bolt in affair and definitely do-able by anyone with some patience and some good wrenches.
If your diff only needs spider gears, that can be done without too much problem...just make sure that the side shims for those gears are in the same places as they came out from. Only items that need to be removed are the axles and cross pin. Also, clean out all metal debris from the case before re-filling. (good to do even with a used unit)

I have a 2004 jeep wrangler that wont accept fuel
there are two valves on top your fuel tank,
one is a roll over valve that will close off the fuel if the vehicle rolls over, the other is a vent valve that lets pressure escape while your filling it with gas, this valve is not letting the air that is going in the tank with the fuel vent out ,so it is coming out the only hole it has which is the filler tube.

Engine light came on andwont shut off. No visible
most check engine lights are caused by the fuel cap not being tight enough seen that more than once. on the other hand the light can be caused by parts wearing out (O2 sensor ECT... ) the way to find these problems is to have whats called a diagnosic scanner to find them and those come at a price. places like autozone, carquest, ect... will pull a scan for you pretty cheap. or you can take it to shop at 40+ dollars an hour. thank you for your question
