Changing tailight bulb
First open the rear hatch. Look just inside the door next to the rear lens assembly. There should be 2 screws that need to be removed. This should loosen up the assembly. Next gently pull the assembly back and out to you.Do not pull to hard or to far, you are still connected with wire. Next, squeeze the retainer and twist the bulb assembly ccw. You are there. Reverse it to put it back. Good luck.
Right and left brake light
Have you tried replacing the bulbs? The two side lights run through the turn signal switch so if they aren't getting power, chances are your signal switch is bad. Do your front blinkers work? Do the rear lights come on when you use the blinkers or the hazards?

How to fix a 2008 260 mountaineer no spark
If this is a car, look at a diagram for the relay panel under the hood. It could be an ignition relay (if so equipped). Other problems lead to a sequential shutdown when a part like a crankshaft position sensor fails or a camshaft position sensor is bad.
If this is not a vehicle then list it in the proper section like ATV, motorcycle, boat engine, or whatever so an expert can help you.
