First open the rear hatch. Look just inside the door next to the rear lens assembly. There should be 2 screws that need to be removed. This should loosen up the assembly. Next gently pull the assembly back and out to you.Do not pull to hard or to far, you are still connected with wire. Next, squeeze the retainer and twist the bulb assembly ccw. You are there. Reverse it to put it back. Good luck.

Have you tried replacing the bulbs? The two side lights run through the turn signal switch so if they aren't getting power, chances are your signal switch is bad. Do your front blinkers work? Do the rear lights come on when you use the blinkers or the hazards?

There may be an upstream fuse that hasn't been discovered yet.

Once you have located the fuse panel, there will be a diagram showing the number, location, and size of the fuse. There should be a few spare fuses and a fuse plucker as well, providing they were replaced the last time they were used.

The wiggly road is a fault in the traction and or stability control . Possible wheel speed sensor and it has put the Truck in limp mode . You need to pull ABS and Traction control code to pinpoint the problem .The wrench is also telling you that it needs servicing .

if its in the bezel just pop it out then squeeze the tabs or unscrew the switch if its mounted in the door panel you'll have to remove the panel Im not sure which you have so I told you both

The squeal is a vibration noise. The pads need to be adjusted, treated with anti squeal paste and metal parts lubed. \P.S. cheap pads make noise

Take it to a qualified repair shop , you don't have the diagnostic knowledge or tools to fix this , just because you can read codes doesn't mean you can diagnose an fix it ,

Try adjusting the steering box to eliminate the steering play.

It should disconnect by pressing brake pedal. Take it to shop and have it disabled until repaired. Shop time vs Occident injury or ***** and lawsuits. Shop time is cheaper.

Mountaineers are very notorious for poor Timing Chain Systems and it may have slipped a few degrees and this will cause the notorious backfires. Replace the Timing Chain Guides and re-time it and it will solve the backfire and sluggishness

If this is a car, look at a diagram for the relay panel under the hood. It could be an ignition relay (if so equipped). Other problems lead to a sequential shutdown when a part like a crankshaft position sensor fails or a camshaft position sensor is bad. If this is not a vehicle then list it in the proper section like ATV, motorcycle, boat engine, or whatever so an expert can help you.
