It sounds like you may have an intermittent problem with one of your ignition circuits. I recomend getting your computer network scanned to see if there are any fault codes. Please note that there may be codes in modules that can lead you to the cause of your problem that cannot be accessed with a generic OBD code reader. It should be scanned with a scan tool that has vehicle-specific software installed and can access all of the modules on your computer network, not just the engine control module.

Hopefully someone will have an answer for you on this. I do not use navigation systems so I have no information on them. You may want to put a Make and Model of teh navigation system you are using in the post somewhere as that will assist another expert in giving you an answer.

look for a small pinhole opening on the face if you find one that is the master reset stick a paperclip into it and ther you go

You may want to check into a recall!! If the problem occurs during accleration between 20-40 mph, Call your local dealer.

if full off freon. check system for a leak. that is the most logical solution to this problem.

visit a dealer, go to the parts department, ask the parts guy to show you the illustrated parts breakdown for the windows. usually they will print you out the page for nothing. now you know what they are called, their part numbers, the dealer's price, whether or not he can get them, and how many minutes it takes a trained service person to replace them.

buy yourself a CD service manual on ebay for about 5 bucks, read it and now you know how to do it and whether that task is within your skill and tool set.

The fuse is in the passengers under dash fuse box which is behind the kick panel. Look under the glove box on the door side and you should see a little access door to get at the fuse box.
