What size Engine? 2.6L or 3.1L?

Lost of power runs lazy
This can attributed to many engine management components. Is is possible that you can describe the drive-ability problem in more detail? Are there any trouble codes present from the PCM?
Clutch grinding
Clutch disks worn beyond any adjustment when you have this-need to replace the clutch-big job-requires separation of engine/transmission.

Over heating and water comeing out tail pipe. Only
Sorry for the bad news but it sound like what you described as a failed head gasket and your looking at another rebuilt engine. Inspect your oil level and condition for any signs of coolant in it and inspect your coolant level and see if it's low or contaminated with oil too.

No spark or ingector polse
normally a bad cam or crank position sensor will cause this issue. be sure to check wiring and tone rings. if theyre good, replace the sensors.
Will not go into fifth gear
u will need to pull the shifter out of the top of the trans and look for bent, broken or worn engagement sliders
Have a 92 isuzu rodeo that stalls when the engine
check the wiring to the throttle body if it is not a cabled throttle. the wires close to the connector are prone to crack causing to much resistence. if it has a cable throttle then i would first check the coolant temp. switch.
