Fix-ya
Reverse gear is does not use a synchro gear, so is it possible the clutch is not disengaging completely ?The only other thing that comes to mind would be something in the linkage that keeps you from moving it far enough to engage.

Shraeder valve on jeep
It's the tire valve looking connection, located on the top of the fuel rail, which is located on the driver's side of the engine, right on top. It may also have a cap screwed onto it, just like a tire air valve. That valve is used to purge the fuel line of pressure and also to test fuel pressure.

1995 jeep wrangler when cranking sometimes check
Your ecu is in need of repair. Your jeep has what is known as the "delayed check engine light problem". Time has taken it's toll on some of your ecu's internal components, the ones that supply power the fuel and ignition circuit relays. The ecu is slow to supply power to the circuits in the morning, causing the delay. Your jeep may also have a bad crank sensor, which would cause the sudden shutdown while driving. Your ecu can be repaired or replaced, your choice. Both options are available on ebay.

My 95 Wrangler front windshield wipers do not work.
do they work at all? intermittent issue? Sometimes they have a bad ground. You can test this by running a ground wire from your battery negetive and touching the motor or metal around motor. If wipers work attach wire to bolt and problem solved

Speedometer not working on my
On my 95 jeep wrangler, the vehicle speed sensor is on the end of the transfer case. I replaced mine and it still didn\'t work. So I put new butt connectors on the wires and that was why my speedometer wasn\'t working ... so you need to be careful when crimping the wires without crimping the bells at the ends of the connectors.
