state the engine symptoms , cold and hot running??.,my guess. is that it runs badly. then with obd2 scanneryou see what?. post the readings. my guess, is it never hits closed loop, hot.the rear 02 is not a factor the front controls hot running AFR. (air fuel ratios) sensor B1S1 controls AFR.if it dont hold closed loop, we cure that first. one way is to be sure fuel pressure is at spec. PSI. these are the ropes:1 good motor, (compression at spec)2 Good spark and timed perfectly 3 last is fueling, check water temps. with obd2 180-200F? and holds there?my scan tool , i can graph the front 02 , in real time. can yours?if yes you can see if it swings from .2 to .8v does it , up to 6 times per second or is the signal just flat lined, High or low. , if yes, we work thatcause next. stuck low is lean, stuck high is rich.there are tests to do next depending on the sensor readings ,not posted.is car engine modified, with CIA junk? cold air malarkey?no exhaust cracks near, B1S1 02 sensorno DTC'S stored, not one?loss of powerflooding , misfirewont start , etc.
