You mean there is no cold air coming out the vents, right ?What are the gauge readings ? Is the freon flowing thru the system ?Is the radiator fan running when the compressor is ?

the thermostat spring part goes down position in the engine the spring part thermostat need to be in coolant so when spring get hot it draws up to open thermostat.

You have to align the Cam's and CRANK on ZERO and then take the Slack out of the Belt and then Check and make sure that after rotating the Crank 360 degrees, the marks still lign up and if they are... Then you are good

They should go to the fuel pump on top of the tank.

Check the fuse. Should tell you on the fuse cover which one is for the wipers, or in your manual, if you have one. Or, you can use a test light to check all the fuses. Just ground the test light and turn the ignition key to the on position. Touch the test light to each side of the fuse ( the silver part that shows through the fuse). If it lights up when you touch each side, its good. If only one side, the fuse is no good.

Which engine do you have ?Do you have spark at the coil tower ?Do you have voltage to the coil from the key switch ?
