Fuse box get new one

all cars this is in the FSM. factory service manual all cars. and at alldata.com. there are others sources, but these 2 are dead Accurate. unlike autozoned ones. (mix up facts there)

When you open the drivers door there's some fuses on the side of the dash.There also some fuses on drivers side under the hood.

What is wrong with it?

you most likely sucked sediments into the fuel from the fuel tank. first thing is to replace your fuel filter. If it improves then gets worse again replace the filter again. If the you don't see much or any improvement after replacing the filter, pull a fuel injector out, do not disconnect it and place it in a small glass (or something similar) then crank the engine. if you get a nice fine spray in the shape of a cone then it is getting the proper amount of fuel. reinstall the injector and repeat for each one, but only one at a time. whichever injector is not spraying properly needs to be cleaned (i would take it/them to a repair shop to have this done). I would also flush each injector line before reinstalling any injectors. always capture this fuel and don't reuse it. you don't want raw fuel getting on the anything - even a hot exhaust manifold could ignite the raw fuel. if this is not for the 1998 Caravan you have listed and it is carbureted still replace the fuel filter and make sure there is enough fuel getting to the carb. if it still runs rough rebuild or replace your carburetor.

Airbag is located in center steer column cover and under upper dash area on passengers side. Only way to shut light out is have service look at it. It is a safety feature without options.

Pumping gas will not help. My guess is you have no fuel rail pressure due to bad fuel pump. Find shrader valve on fuel rail and test it for pressure.

Last time I did it on a 97 Sebring (another chrysler product) it was on the Bell housing on the firewall side close to the engine block. Almost impossible to get any tool on it. I was told by a mechanic that the best way to remove was to use a low heat torch since it was mostly plastic.

I would first check blower motor resister. Its next to blower motor under pasanger

check engine can be anything their are a few hundred codes ----most auto stores will scan your vehicle for free check in your area the code will give you what problem or component is bad or going bad

check the wiring n self motor

hi disconect battery take starter wirres off then 3 bolts on bellhousing that hold the starter on then re install

I got the exact same problem as mike d ready.
i have replaced the 2 tranny sensors over the years. yjey can cause the same symptoms. but the sensor problems came on all at once.
bad shops tell many dodge van owners irs te tranny and its really just the sensers.

If you want to shut the light off disconnect you post from your battery this will reset the computer. If it does go back on you may find a auto parts store that will hook up their computer get the code tell you what the problem is sometimes its simple some times it a oxygen sensor that's not worth fixing you should have it done never the less it may be something worth getting fixed Good Luck
