Would a intake leak or vacume leak cause my 2003
On the RSX I'd check the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) It's on the bottom of the throttle body and if stuck open can cause this. Also, make sure to check all sensors under the hood are in and tight. If it's none of those may want to look at the fuel pump.

Where can you bleed a clutch from on a 2003 rsx
If its a hydrulic cluch there will be a bleeder screw on the trans. follow the line from the resevor on the firewall to the trans. however I belive this car has a manul cluch that just uses a cable.I just noticed you cant find slave. now I know its a cable, push the cluch in and out and if u see anything moving near the trans its cable operated.
I have a 2003 RSX
In park a pin should slide and lock the final gear, blocking the output shaft and the wheels.
Since that doesn't happens it means that the mechanism that transmits the lever commands to the elements of the transmission is faulty. To diagnose it more precisely you must lift the car and inspect the lever and its attachment points for damage; if you don't see any then the damage is internal and for that the entire transmission will have to be dismantled - a job for a repair shop specialized in transmissions.
Engine Light on --Scaning appeare Code 0141
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
This code means that the heated circuit in the oxygen sensor on bank 1 decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it. The ECM tracks how long it takes for the oxygen sensor to begin switching. It the ECM determines (based on coolant temp) that too much time elapsed before the oxygen sensor began operating properly, it will set P0141. See also: P0135 (Bank 1, Sensor 1).
Symptoms
You will likely notice poor fuel economy the illumination of the Check Engine Light.
Causes: A code P0141 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* open or short to ground in the wiring harness
* O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
* O2 heater element resistance is high
* Internal short or open in the heater element
Note: Typically a failed catalytic converter does not cause this code. You're more likely to see a P0420 code for a failed converter.
Possible Solutions
* Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)
* Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors

Heat gets cool when the
I take it that you mean, "with the engine running, the heater output goes cool at idle speeds". If so, then check your coolant level urgently. This must be done when the engine has been turned off for at least two hours.
If you mean that the heater gets cool when the engine is turned off, then it's not only totally normal but would solve the world energy crisis if it stayed hot with the engine off.
My car wont start. I
Is it a clicking sound or is it turning over like normal and won't start? If it clicks, it may be your starter. If not, it could be many things. You should try to get your car tested for codes. This will narrow your search. If you can't, start checking for fuel. Check your fuel pumps, filter, fuses, and relay switches. You can always spray engine starter in the intake. If it starts and dies, you have a fuel problem. If fuel is not an issue, it could be in the ignition system. The codes will really help you. You can usually find them at Autozone. The tester is around $50. It will save you time and money. You will need to know the codes on your car though. Buy a Haynes Book for your car. Hope this helps.
