More info required.. does it sputter..tick..smell like fuel. Are the tailpipes dirty. Is there lights on dash??? As much info as possible is always helpful. At this point it sounds. Like charging system..fuel system.. like a filter. Does battery light go on and off intermittently

Check fuel pump my not be pumping or filter clogged there needs to be pressure follow all the fuel lines.

Well it wouldn't be a solenoid. My guess would be a starter relay.check to see if you can find the buzzing noise .it could be a fuseable link that's starting to fail .

Have you checked if there are any mega fuses that went, maybe a shorted harness or bad relay?

Remove the front mats, especially the one on the driver's foot well. If the carpet is wet, the heater core (matrix) needs replacing. Those empty relay spaces may be for accessories. If everything is in working order than no need for relays.

You cant. It uses a keyfob. you need the chip in the key to work or the ignition wil stay locked out. There is no bypass. Otherwise the anti-theft feature wouldnt work very well. No other option aside from a new key and having a mechanic or dealership program new keys

Some cars have an ignition module with two sections; one for low RPMs and one for High RPMs. You could also have a clogged exhaust Cat Converter or muffler, or possibly a bad coil supplying weak spark or bad plug wires, or even bad fuel filter/regulator/pump.
