Sounds like the idle speed of your car is too low, then the alternator cannot produce enough voltage for any electrical devices. When idle speed is normal or much higher, power will return to normal very fast. It may be that the idle air control valve is dirty or defective.

There's possibly something stuck in the valve. Open it up full(while cold) run a stretched out paper clip through it & ring it out. See if that helps. If not, see if you can replace the valve, if not replace the radiator.

Everybody has their own way of doing things.....the way I do it, or what I would suggest. If you had to change one brake hose, change them both. They have both been in place for the same amount of time and if one failed, the other could be right behind. Any time I open up a brake system I take the opportunity to flush the system and get the old, contaminated fluid out. So to answer your question...I would start at the right rear, then the left rear, then the right front, and end up at the left front and bleed the system until clean, new, clear fluid runs out of each corner.
