Before I provide any further feedback on this issue can you clarify the symptoms of the current running problem with the engine. Is the car low on power, missing, running poorly under normal driving conditions etc ?

It sounds like you ignition switch went out. I had this happen to my wife a few years ago you turn the key the acceseries turn on but nothing else. this will be a trip to the dealer. did you happen to smell something electrical burning the last time you car was working if so it is the starter switch. you will need to take it to the deales an get a ne w switch which will also involve new keys$$$

You need to just keep changing fuses until you find the right one. Bypass the old relays with a paper clip in the fuse panel with a paper clip and pliers in the in and out. When they come on you know the problem is the fuse or relay.

check under the hood for more fuses.

Sounds like the belt broke.

check engine codes. also may be a bad coil. you have 2. one on each side. it will run with 1 but vibrates very bad.

most likly the starter is out. sets below intake manifold.check relay and power supply.

bad sater. it sets under intake manifold and takes about 4 to 5 hours to replace,.

if its for the transmission you have to check it while he car is running...if its for the oil you have to go it without it running and if its over the full mark on the oil you will need to drain some of it

check under ur hood there is a relay box for that

if you smelled smoke you probably have a short you will need to do some more extensive searching to find the burned\shorted wires.

Check the ignition switch, there is battery voltage to the fuel pump and ignition, because the engine starts with switch in the start position, now check the above with the switch in the run position, If there is no voltage replace the switch.

sensor 1 is the sensor located before the catalytic converter and bank 1 is the side of the engine with cylinder #1 so if i'm correct and you have a V-6 that would be the rear of the engine by firewall and the sensor would be in the exhaust manifold

Sounds like you need to change your ignition switch. This happen when there are too many objects on your key chain.

No, it makes no sense. You have V-8, right? Removing the exhaust manifolds will not provide any help in accessing the starter. The starter is in the middle of the engine.
