1998 mercury mystique won't start / has spark / has fuel / cranks/

Fuel in the tank does not mean fuel in the injectors. Run a fuel pressure test to see how much fuel pressure there is. Also check the injector pulse with a noide test light. The injectors may not be getting a ground to fire because of a bad fuse.

1998 Mystique wont start, ignition turns over but acts like it's not getting gas.

Does the check engine light go OUT while cranking? If not , if it stays ON, you've got a bad crankshaft position sensor. These can fail with intermittent no starts. So just when you have it towed it, it'll start working again. Check engine light is supposed to go OUT if it's getting good signal from the sensor.

The heater and a/c quit working on my 1998 Mercury Mystique.

Could be a fuse/relay in the electrical box under the hood. Take the lid off and flip it over. You should see a diagram of what relay control's what. If not it will be in the owners manual or search it up on google.it could be the fan/blower motor went bad or just the resistor for the fan/blower motor.

Only one window works. when I plug in master switch it blows fuse 23 to blower motor 98 mercury mystique

If you are mechanically inclined, disconnect the harness to the blower motor. Install the fuse and see if it blows. If not, your problem is from the switch to the motor. You may have a wiring problem, or a bad motor. With blower motor disconnected, check power to the harness, both the power side and the ground side. This will eliminate the switch as the problem.
