No tail lights when the headlights are on

Check the fuse for the tails. If it's good, then possibly a shorted out light switch, or a problem in the body control module (BCM).I replaced a light switch recently, without disconnecting the battery. When done, the headlights were fine, but no tail lights. Turns out I blew the tail light fuse by not disconnecting the battery before starting.Good luck.

Where is the power steering pump located

As a general rule the power steering pump will be located on the front left side of the engine. (think Left/Right as though you were seated behind the steering wheel.) The pumps are usually painted black and will be about six to eight inches in diameter with a cap on the top that you can remove to check the fluid level.

It runs for 5 minutes and then dies, trying again and wont star, wait 1hour and it starts for 5 minutes snd then dies.have new pump, new fuel filter, and coil replaced and still doing the same, what could

Have your exhaust system checked for restriction. That may be hard to do, unless you can get someone to come to you, get it towed, or have the wherewithall to do it yourself. Often, a clogged cat converter, will let enough exhaust through to idle when cold, but as the guts of the cat expand, the flow will be cut off. Not always the case, but I've seen it happen enough times to suggest it. Another way to check this, is to remove one or both(depending on your setup,) of the upstream(pre converter) o2 sensors. If this makes a big difference, suspect the cat. Also, when idling, does it start to run rough for a few seconds before it quits? If so, push the brake pedal when it begins to run poorly. An engine with a clogged exhaust will have very poor intake manifold vacuum, therefor, the vacuum assisted power brakes would feel much different. The brake pedal would seem very hard to push, as though the engine were not running. No guarantee, but that gives you some things to check. Let me know if you have any more questions. When I can't lay hands on the car, test it, hear it, or see it, this can be a bit of a process sometimes.Hang in there!

How i know fuel pump is bad

check for fuel pressure. If there is no fuel pressure than check for power to the pump. If you have power and no pressure the pump is bad. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

Trying to replace water pump on 1999 Plymouth

Sometimes the little inner-hub rusts itself onto the pulley. I take a rubber mallet and gently rap the edge of the pulley, turn it a bit, rap it, turn it, rap it...etc...usually that quickly works.
