Usually the flex line goes first then ends up locking on the caliper. Change the flex line on that caliper then replied that wheel. If it has abs you will need to have the key on to open the valve to be able to bleed it

Usually the internal filter is blocked and the pump dosnt make enough pressure to move the shift valve. Depending on how many klms it has on it since the last transmission service it might be as simple as a tranny service (filter and fluid change). Or a torn "o" ring on the shift solenoid.

I think you are looking for the fans resistor pack. It is usually in the blower fan housing need the blower motor and has a 4 or 5 wire plug on it. Be carefully it gets very hot when in use.

Do your brake lights work? Your brake pedal switch supplies power to the shift solenoid to alow you to shift. When you push the pedal do you here a clicking in the Shifter? The fuse might have blown, it is in the interior fuse panel possibly listed as shift interlock.
