1994 how did you get this code and why does it look so odd.? most 94 cars are not OBD2 codes and are oBD1, and are flash codes. where id you see this code, on the dash in a scan tool ? Suzuki swapped things around a lot, but usually, on the carb you have two identical inlets together on one side of the throttle opening: these are for the water in and out - it doesn't matter which. In a line with them is a triangular plate with an angled outlet: that is the re-start idle up. Slightly behind that outlet there is another small outlet, this is the Vacuum Solenoid Valve, On the other side there is a single inlet. That is the fuel in. Hint: in future always take photos before you start taking things to pieces. :)

Disconnect the battery. Find the starter motor (located somewhere off the bell housing) disconnect wiring to starter. Remove bolts (normally 2) and remove starter. Installation is reverse of removal. So it was the starter motor?

Try disconnecting the battery overnight . Cant guarantee it'll fix it. But in theory some vehicle computers reset to default settings. If that don't work, try removing your fuses one at a time!!! IMPORTANT NOTE!! ...KEY OFF- REMOVE 1 FUSE-- KEY ON- STILL FLASHING? KEY OFF -REPLACE FUSE..- GO TO NEXT ONE ETC... NEVER PULL FUSES OR DISCONNECT BATTERY WITH KEY ON. YOU CAN FRY THE ON BOARD COMPUTER SO KNOWING THAT, PROCEED AT YOUR OUR RISK. ....!!! usually just pull back trunk mat from back side of trunk where the latch is you should see plastic clips they turn to the left to remove install new bulb and push back in clockwise to lock
