I don't have a manual for my 2002 A4. My dash
I'm not 100% sure what it is but you can find out yourself. Turn the ignition on (but don't start the car), and Watch all the lights that will come and stay on for a while. If you don't find any other light like the one you have on, resembling a servise light, THEN it would be your check engine/service light.. Good luck

Check engine
epc code
The EPC yellow light is not a DTC code! EPC means Electronic Pedal Control.
First of all you need to access the Engine Control Module (ECM) using suitable diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car, in order to pull out all DTC's memored. DTC = Diagnostic Trouble Code. Then you will bu full informed about the root cause of the problem, and you will be able to repair & replace bad pieces and reset the ECM. Then the EPC (Electronic Pedal Control) yellow light will turn OFF.

Audi A4 1.9 TDI 130BHP engine power loss when it's raining
This is the correct solution..........replace the solenoid valve N239 as the electrical connection is affected by dampness. What happens is that the EGR valve is jammed open by the solenoid and this allows oxygen starved air into the cylinders (exhaust gas) and combustion is poor.Quick fix is to disconnect the vac hose to the EGR actuator and block the end with a self tapping screw or pencil. This will work for sure....

Audi a4 wipers only work on fast the switch wasent
I have a idea you can try because it has worked for me befors.
The switches on volkswagen as well as audi are very small on a micro switch level.
any spill or moisture can cause them to stick or fail.
I have tried different things to clean them so the switches would work again, the best thing I've used id starting fluid sold at your local wallmart.
Just spray the switch while at the same time move and click the problem switch.
Try to work in the fluid into the switch.
Starting fluid has either in it and it dries almost on contact but it cleans like nothing you have ever used before, should be able to clean whatever materal could be causing the switch to fail.
Good luck,Gary

Burning oil....
ge, not eenough oil changes through it's life. A often overlooked problem, is a clogged air filter, or the air ram leading to it. Kinda like running a marathon, without sucking in air, you collapse. The car,if it can't breathe...........you will BURN oil, gas, MPG.

The throttle control can set a EPC condition this is where you get 50% power it is reduced the advantage is to protect the catalytic convertor. You will have 2 setting one in the engine compartment and one on the driver floorbard

Hello i have a 2002
To get the measurement use a tape measure and wrap around all the pulleys you want to use. Where end meets will be the size belt you need. Allow for any deflection in the spring loaded idler.

usually strange electrical problems like this turn out to be related through a bad ground somewhere - hope that helps a little - the battery in the fob will not cause these issues - good luck and have a nice day :O)

Needs radio code for 1998 audi a4
You'll have to bring the car to a dealer. With the VIN and the serial number of the radio they can look up the security code. Be prepared - you might get this done for free or a flat charge, but many will charge up to an hour's labor. Be sure they give you the code written down for future use.

How hard to fix a4 coolant leak ? labor time ?
It depends on where it's leaking - there are a dozen places off the top of my head that I can think of that could cause you to lose coolant. You'll have to be a lot more specific on details with the leak.
