check the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box

the way you did the installation on a camry is the same way on a lexus there both F W D and similar parts when you work on it you'll see it the same.

This is unlikely to be a fuse, since the fuse that controls the windows and moon roof also control the anti-lock brake system, courtesy lights, floor lights, ignition lights. If you find all those are not working then sure, replace fuse 15 with a 10 amp. It will probably be marked "Dome" on the fuse box panel. This fuse box will be in the engine. Fuse 15 will be the first left side fuse in the longer line of uses. If you're in the US, AutoZone should be able to tell you which relay it is that you need.

The warning light comes on when the alternator is not charging the battery. The alternator would need to be checked when the light is on.

It can be faulty coolant temperature sensor.Its not sensing exact coolant heat temperature so its overheating then required level.-----------

Get the coolant pressure tested, its definitely leaking coolant. You will need to get the coolant running line.

Pressure test will help you to know from where exactly coolant/refrigerant is getting leaked.

The fuel filter in this car is a life time filter and is located under the back seat area under the car, you must raise the car to replace it. I recommended that you leave it alone if you are not having problems with the fuel pressure and only change the filter if and when the electric fuel pump fails.
