Subaru EJ20 running rough after replacing snapped timing belt

I would suspect a bent valve or two when the belt snapped. Verify the belt installation is correct and the timing marks line up. Do a compression test. If a valve is bent, the head has to come off and the valve(s) replaced.

I have a 2000 Subaru forester its losing water and

first have a compression test done to know for sure if head gaskets from your description I think not as it would be overheating all the time if you are running hot all the time and the radiator is original the cores could be blocking up so a replacement radiator would be a good move next check out the cat converters because if they are blocking the exhaust , the hot /cold on off readings could be from them failing and blocking the exhaust

2000 subaru legacy stalls, jumpy, delayed when i give it gas

Oil leaking from old valve cover gaskets is common on Subaru engines. Once the plugs get oil on them it's best to replace the gasket, wires and plugs. Since that's been done, the next step would be a scan of live data to see what fuel trims and oxygen sensors and MAF sensor readings are. Also, a fuel pressure test. Until you do that, you really don't know what's going on. Don't replace any more parts until you get it diagnosed.

Why do my parking lights continuously flash. Slower than emergency lights. I can't turn off flashing, even when engine turned off and key removed.

There are separate flashers for directional and emergency lights so they might not flash at the same rate.

Where is the fuel pump reset on a 2000 subaru forester

No such device. It sounds like you are not getting fuel. Try this: * disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds. This will reset the ECU, which causes it to re calibrate the engine management. Check if the ECU is throwing any sort of error code. Your fender bender may have damaged some wiring, or the repair may have left something disconnected.

2000 subaru forester wont start battery is good what can I check next

Do headlights work? Do they get dim when you hit the start position, if so battery has bad cell. Bad batteries might be OK after charging and running the car for a time but will discharge after car sits for maybe longer than a half hour. Usually a bad cell. Take to auto parts store, they will load test it for free.
