I don't have my manual with me but that is a self-set speed warning. Essentially, you can set an "alarm" to go on when your car reaches a set speed...to alert yourself that you should slow down. To reset the speed alarm, go to the desired speed and hold down the "check" button. Otherwise, just look it up in your manual. It's fairly easy to fix....

Most heater units default to defrost mode for safety reasons. If you have a vacuum activated system you have lost vacuum some place causing unit to default to defrost. Check engine compartment vacuum lines and bottle reservoir for leaks.

I am of the opinion Audi makes the coolant pipes for the radiator and heater core out of compressed coffee grounds ! Due to components mandated to be bio degradable in Germany...components do just that....bio-degrade while you drive ! Only recourse is new radiator.If your radiator has already done this, you are a short while from the heater core pipes at the firewall doing the same thing...... Replacement of the heater core is a 16 hour job.

Back fire is only caused by intake valve being open when a spark plug fires on a cold engine.Recheck timing marks of cams where the drive sprocket notch of each cam shaft aligns with the cam cap mark at the rear of the head.It has been known for the crank sprocket to come loose on the crank nose and timing will be off if this is so..

Hi, What's the problem with your window regulator?

Could be something restricting the window's travel, it's a safety feature to stop people from getting their fingers trapped in it. Check that the grooves that the glass runs in are clear of foreign objects.

You can scan the system with a VAG-COM and see what's throwing the error. Could be anyting from low fluid to a bad sensor. A dealer, specialized shop, or Autozone will be able to scan it for you if you don't have access to a VAG_COM

Hi. What's the question about your "front brakes in balanced" and your axle (which your car doesn't have in the front, btw)

Hi! Have you tried checking the relay that connects to the roof? It may be faulty causing the roof not to work. Try to replace it and this may resolve the problem. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!
