I have a 1988 Cadillac Fleetwood D'elegance with a faulty sunroof

Sounds like you have a problem with the drive motor gear engaging with the track (jammed) - often caused by misalignment or debris/corrosion on the track. Getting at the sunroof mechanical assembly is not easy - you will need to remove the headliner to diagnose the problem and repair it. A service manual will be helpful showing all the components and procedures for repair (you can also try Alldatadiy.com).

Had a minor front-end collision, the headlights

You need to find and fix the short first. Electrical problems can cause other issues and should not be ignored.

What is the easiest way to get to the freeze plug in my 88 cadillac fleetwood de elegance? Can u show diagram please?

Thar would depend upon which of the dozen or so freeze plugs you need to access. Some are fairly easy and can be worked on with the engine in the vehicle. Some are accessible if you remove some other bolt-on parts. Some are only accessible if you remove the engine from vehicle, and a few are only accessible if you separate the transmission from the engine.

Steering wheel column loose, how do i tighten it

The same thing happened on my 1988 Deville. There are 3 Torx screws underneath the turn signal switch that are notorious for
coming loose of time in many GM cars that have the same steering column.

Its a tedious job, lots of small parts that are easy to lose.
And lay the parts out on the ground in the order you took
them out and with the side of the part that goes out facing up.
This will save a lot of trouble.

Here are the basic steps:

1) Make sure the steering wheel is locked and wheels are pointed straight ahead before you start, helps to align everything right when putting parts back together. Leave the
key in the ignition lock

2) Remove horn pad, attached with 2 screws on the back of the
steering wheel. 8mm I think.

3) Release the wire going to the horn. You rotate it and pull
it out. Pill of the horn pad.

4) Remove the steering wheel retaining nut. Pull the steering
wheel. You need a steering wheel puller thats a loaner tool
from Autozone. Remove the 2 spacers that are on top of
a star looking plastic thing, thats the snap ring retainer.
Underneath it is a snap ring that needs to be removed
to remove the spring/other parts under it.

5) The you need to get a steering wheel lock plate puller from auto zone to compress that spring to allow you to remove the snap ring.

6) Carefully look at how every part is oriented before removing
it at this point. Turn the turn signal to the right turn position.

7) Remove the 3 screws that attach the turn signal switch,
1 screw and metal piece that connect the turn signal switch
to the turn signal lever. Remove the screw that holds on the
the hazard flasher knob.

You have to remove everything down to the point where the
steering wheel tilts.

Heres actually a tutorial I found online that will help you.

http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/088020.html

The huy in the tutorial is putting the column together,
so you should start near the bottom of the page.

But you need to get 3 tools that people dont commonly
have:

A steering wheel pivot pin puller, a steering wheel puller,
and a steering wheel lock plate remover. You can borrow
the last 2 from autozone. The pivot pin remover I got at Oreillys
for around $10.

Any questions or need help, I check this page again.
But i will warn you that this is difficult, so if you have any doubts dont do this! But you can do it if you put some effort in.

Check the connection to the power antenna. If it has power, the motor is shot. If no power, check the fuses...

Common problem. Salvage Yard would be your best bet as a new one is pricey.

Been sitting 6months, has fuel

  1. The observation with your vehicle implies mechanical malfunctions likely caused by insufficient, clogged, or burnout lubrication fluids. Since the component parts experiencing malfunction are observable at significant vehicle areas like power drive trains, several conditions are likely factors to driver's suspicion. For example, the drive train of significant mechanical sprockets linked at joints making propulsion possible with the control lever situated at drivers seating area is significant reason of concern. First, the driver's lever control functions hydraulically as modern improvement made possible with fluid lubrications, and several absorptions chambers. Once, an engineered hydraulic mechanical lever is realized to dispense manual contact requires inspections. First, a mechanical inspection to ascertain the conditions of constutuents providing hydraulic should be made on the vehicle. The possible outcomes include findings of an absence of faulty turbines implying no wear had occurred. Second, the observation findings may ascertain a burnout fluid that may require replacement procedures. For example, burnout hydraulic fluids usually may require cleaning draining, cleaning the residue slug from turbine areas making possible replacement of newer fluids. Hydraulic fluid conditions usually may require resistant variety that performs under overexerted conditions. For example, the fluid type may vary depending on the task requirements of the vehicle. Also, the type of condition expectations of the vehicle would require frequent hydraulic inspections.

Door locks and interior lights out keeps blowing

there is a short in that circuit. you don't need expensive tools or electrical testers, or superior auto knowledge to diagnose. Just a few fuses and hopefully a wiring diagram if needed. One fuse or more than one? you may have to use a wiring diagram to determine what all is in a shorted circuit. unplug all components in the faulty circuit. put in a good fuse. then connect one component at a time until the fuse blows. replace that component. repeat for other short circuits. if it is two separate circuits and the above diagnostics fail, look for somewhere the two circuits could unintentionally meet. like at the back of the fusebox panel or at the wiring harness. remember, corrosion could be the bridge between two circuits that should be separate.
