How to change 2004 acura tl accelerator pedal sensor

Below are some pictures and instructions for you. I'm just hoping that you have done all the diagnostics to be sure this is your problem. Have found in a few cases that there was a relay problem with the thottle actuator circuit. There is also a throttle actuator relay and sensor. Not sure what your problem is exactly but just hate to see parts replaced that are not needed. In any case the APP sensor is very easy to replace. Hope this helps you...2_26_2012_10_37_18_am.jpg2_26_2012_10_37_42_am.jpg2_26_2012_10_38_06_am.jpg2_26_2012_10_38_28_am.jpg

Radio code for 2004 Acura tl

Probably need to see Acura dealer with serial number of radio unit and/or vehicle. If you search hidden corners of glove compartment, owners manual or console you may find the card with the number on it.

LED Brake Lights diming

I had the same problem with my 2004 TL, and it was the brake light switch. It is very easy to replace. (10 min) I ordered one from Rockauto.com for only $6.95. To replace: Remove the black cover under the steering wheel, down by the fuses (held in place by rubber pins and clips - no screws) Locate the switch on the arm of the brake pedal. Unplug the switch, twist the old switch out and install the new one - it's simple!

Where is the location of

The wiper motor is located in the left rear of the engine compartment near the corner by the driver side. Remove the wiper arm assembly (both if necessary) and then remove the plastic cover at the edge of the hood near the windshield the motor is underneath. To remove the wiper arm flip up the small cover where the arm is attached and you will find a (12mm usually) nut. Remove the nut and work the arm off of the post using a rocking motion. Hope this helps.
