It sounds like when the dashboard was replaced that one or more of your lighting harnesses weren't completely plugged in.

Since your check engine light came on, you now have an error code to help pin it down. I would suggest you take it to an autoparts store and have them read the error codes in your computer. WRITE THEM DOWN IN THE ORDER THEY COME OFF, so you have them. That should give you a starting point for further troubleshooting.

If it is the dashboard you have to get in there yourself slowly most likely starting down by your feet underneath but if the speaker is in the door dashboard that you have to check how it is put together maybe some bolts or plastic thumb bolts. Hope this helps you out just take your time you will get it out.

Without seeing the light's operation - I'd suspect a faulty ballast. Those are pretty expensive though - so I wouldn't just go replacing it. If you're handy with electrical, you could probably diagnose it 100% yourself - otherwise I'd recommend having your local trusty auto repair facility diagnose and repair it for you.

We are talking about factory-installed Bluetooth, right? A 2004 model car would likely have had Bluetooth version 1 hardware/software installed at the factory. If it has not been updated ($$), I will be surprised if you can find any phone made in the past several years that will link to a 2004 model car. There were relatively few phones made in that standard.

It's probably OK to drive. I imagine they failed to get the oil filter properly seated and you're getting a little leak there. DO BE SURE to check the oil level before you drive it and add if necessary.

I was recently changed the cabin filter on my TL 04, i don't think it necessary, it is more like optional but if you change filter for your engine, why not change the air you breathe inside the car. If the check engine light is on it is a sensor or something that reports to the ECM that is causing the problem. Next time the light comes on check the code by stopping at auto zone who will read it for free. That will tell you what to replace. Being that it has been to the dealer that many times in a 1 year period it sounds like they are trying to avoid replacing the ECM unit by now they should have replaced every sensor in the vehicle. Adjusting the valves isn't going to help you with this problem. There is no direct sensor that reports valve problems except the Cam Sensor and that reports the position of the cam to maintain timing. If the light is coming on because you are losing timing that often the Cam Sensor or Crank Sensor is faulty or the timing belt needs replaced. If this was the dealer you purchased the vehicle from and it was under warranty that first year you should have had them take it back under the Lemon Law after the 3rd trip. I would find another Dealer to take it to and see what they say.

This happens when the cd player cant read the disc. you may try a few different ones and see if it will start to read them again.

If you was make this, then there is nothing else you can do without being able to do a internal repair on the unit and we dont have that kind of info. You may also try and disconnect it for a few mins and see if it will reset when you plug it back in.

Keep in mind that the cartridge for the cd has bent or is out of adjustment causing the error code. It will not load the cd correctly therefore it won't play.
You only resolution besides replacing the radio would be to find a radio repair shop. They would charge you probably anywhere from $150 to $250 to repair it. You might want to look at after market replacements.

This could be a problem with the transmission range selector switch or the BCM/ECM. One of these is sending or getting a signal that the car is in drive, thus locking the doors. this can be checked with a hand held compter at a shop. most times it is free. call around.

I'm assuming the locks work fine with the key. If so, it sounds as if the electric lock motor is bad or the unlock wire is broken. You would have to take door panel off and check with a test light to find what the exact problem is.
