You need to give symptoms. For example, "I turn the starter motor, engine turns, but it won't start, and I smell gasoline odor." I assume all lamps are tested to be ok.
1) Check fuse A11 in trunk (10A) is ok,
2) Check turn flash enable relay 'F' in trunk is operated when vehicle Ign on,
3) Check +12V is present on Lt Blu wire on turn flasher module (LHS steering column) when Ign on,
4) if no fault found during above checks, operation of the turn switch should be checked

No vehicle will start in reverse... it must be in park or neutral. That proves that your linkage under the car for the transmission is set to reverse since your reverse lights are likely on and the starter is locked out. So i would look at your linkage under the car and look for something that fell off or is bent.

The jar was a makeshift to allow the vacume to build up. Without this vacume when you put a load on the engine the air condition stops cooling. till the load is removed. (not acellerating,or going up a hill)

There is a fuse in the trunk, it is located in a fuse panel located on the driver side on the brace that the back seat is resting on. Take off the grey cover in the back of the trunk,and look on the left upper side. Happened to me once, I think it is marked IP anyway its the instrument cluster fuse, its a simple fix, all the trouble is getting to it. While you are there make a mental note of what else the fuse panel controls

It probably means the alternator is not charging the battery.Have you had the alternator checked on the car ?

Have you checked for power and ground at the blower motor ? Will it blow on heat or manual ?
