D4 lamp (is a huge clue) what country is this car located or sold to first. D4 light is like a check engine light for the transmission it means it is failing. your forgot to say the D4 lamp is in the not told what no start means 1: will not crank , the starter motor is dead. 2: cranks fast the starter motor but the engine fails to start , run and stay running. D4 shows flash codes on old honda's when D4 happens, shift the transmission too all gears and back to park see if engine starts now 2001, we scan the PCM using oBD2 scan tool all shops know how to do that. ask them to. on another NOTE call the guy insurance co. that hit your car the fix it like new (or total it) end story. do that now. D4 is honda magic for DRIVE, the drive lamp flashes when the tranny fails. and did and crashes to wreck wires. to lots of things. and more.

Yes, the codes do indicate the problems and certainly lack of power.The P1259 is set when there is a problem in the VTEC Oil Pressure Switch circuit or VTEC Solenoid Valve circuit P1164 and 1149 are both Faulty Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor 1 If the CEL is not on, then the problem is intermittent. The first step is to locate the VTEC switch and A/F Ratio sensor, and verify the connections are OK. Having both of these fail together would be odd. I suspect the main culprit is the VTEC Oil Pressure Switch.

If everything is ok, the starter motor should crank. If you try that make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. I'm just trying to see if starter motor will crank the engine? I'm not sure about your security system? Jumping the relay bypasses the security for cranking only. Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. You can always take the starter motor off, lay it on the ground, use jumper cables properly from battery to starter motor. At the least it should kick out the drive gear and spin.

If this is an aftermarket radio, they hooked it up wrong when they installed it. Either way, this is a wiring issue. Remove the radio and make sure the wiring harness is corrected before installing again. Good luck!

There has to be a harness to supply power to the bulb. You have to remove the lens from the outside. There is a plastic latch on the end of the lens that is pushed in to remove the lens from the trunk lid. Then the bulb and harness can be removed.

Hey Josh, will the pump work if you turn the wipers on with the switch? If it pumps when you turn the wipers on by the switch, then its the switch..

YOU NEED TO FOCUS on those other KEYS FIRST (particularly house & mail-box) Truth is... your car is never ANY safer than the GLASS IN THE Door (and only we... the owners... care about that GLASS). Car TRANSPONDER locks are another situation. If you use a LOCKSMITH it will be cheaper & safer. I have used eBay to get my new KEY and KEYLESS entry fobs... AND ... would TRUST a LOCKSMITH worlds better & longer than I could throw a DEALERSHIP...!!
