Shuddering and shaking indicates that something is out of balance. In normal circumstances this would be attributed to out of balance wheels, worn steering joints or a worn coupling on a propshaft. Grinding when put into gear may indicate that the torque converter in the autobox is worn and/or out of balance. It's not a good idea to drive the car if it shudders and shakes as you're likely to cause further damage to something. The most sensible option would be to ask a workshop for a diagnosis first.

ARE THE WHEEL LUG NUTS TIGHT! Poss Brakes grinding the rotors. Any burning smell? CK THOSE TIRES & BRAKES!

I highly doubt you'll find an online manual for download due to copyright laws. You might try Amazon.com for service manuals (Haynes or Clymers) or Ebay for a service manual. (sorry)

A good sharp chisel. you might try heating the nut up before trying to remove it. Make sure any exposed stud threads are clean, maybe soak it in penetrating lube.

The sppedometer is controlled by a vehicle speed sensor in the transmission. This is most likely the cause of the speedometer not working. Smoke from the steering column is usually caused by a bad signal/multifunction switch

I think the switch in the locked position, is not allowing other voltages to go to the rest of the engine and car. Only the starter realise seems to work. Without power on the ignition, the motor can't start. Try wiggling out the key, so you can use a better key, or at least can find out what is blocking the main switch.

If you mean codes p0700 and p0750, the transmission control module is sensing low voltage across the solenoid on the transmission. If you can find the sensor connection, remove it, clean the connection, and replace it and see if the code clears. If not the most likely problem is dirty transmission fluid/fluid filter.

the bands are the straps that go around the planetary gears in the transmission. they look like steel straps

The vehicle thinks it's not in park or with a standard you may need to press the clutch and/or it could be pressure on the steering wheel that needs to be released before the key can be removed.

First raise the headlights with the switch on the side of the steering wheel . Then you should see and remove the 3 screws holding the headlight bezel on. The bottom screw can be reached through a hole in the grill. Then remove the screws holding the headlight on, Careful not to turn the headlight alignment screws. Pull out the headlight just enough to remove the connector plug. Replace is the same in reverse. Hope this helps.
