I have a viper alarm on my car that wont shut off nor i cant start the car..and i have tried the button under my dash, how Can i shut it off??
was it a professional or shade tree install? the following is off vipers website:
disarming without a remote control
This feature allows you to disarm the security system without the
Remote Control should it be lost, damaged, or disabled. In order to
disarm the system without a remote remote control, you must have
the vehicle’s ignition key and know where the Valet button is
located. Be sure to check with the installer for the location and the
number of presses of the Valet button required to disarm the system.
To disarm the security system,
turn the ignition to the ON position.
Press the Valet button the
preset number of times (one to
five times) within 15 seconds. After five seconds the system will
disarm. If the system does not disarm, you may have waited too long;
turn the ignition off and on and try again.
if that doesn't work try this other
valet mode
You can prevent your security system from automatically arming
and triggering by using Valet Mode. This is very useful when
washing the vehicle or having it serviced. In Valet Mode, the
security system will not arm, even with the Remote Control, but
all convenience functions (door locks, trunk release, etc.) will
continue to work normally.
To enter or exit Valet Mode:
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Turn the ignition off.
3. Press and release the Valet
button within 10 seconds.
The status LED will light solidly if you are entering Valet Mode,
and it will go out if you are exiting Valet Mode.

where is the fuel pump fuse located on 1994 Honda civic DX and the fuel pump location
Fuel pump is in the tank, there may be an access panel under the back seat area. One thing to check is the Main Relay. Ususally up under the dash, Left Dash area, I dont have a diagram, but you will need one to find and verify the relay operation.

horn makes a clicking noise when i push the horn switch, but does not make a honk noise, what can be the problem?
Sounds (no pun intended) like it may be your horn relay that has gone out. The horn relay is located in your fuse box. The relay clicks to engage the live horn circuit which drives the speaker.
I hope this helps.

i want to clean the injectors on my car but i want to know where the fuel pump relay is on my 1994 honda civic ex so i can cut off the fuel coming and clean them
There may be a fuel pump fuse or connection you can undo but the relay is integrated with the entire injection system. If you disconnect it, you will lose spark as well. I would look through the fuse box first, I will drag out my wiring diagram in the morning and give you more specific details.

Where is the OBD 2 ECU plug on a 1994 Honda Civic Ex
should be located about 1" from the end of the dash, on the passenger's side.
It's a 2P connector, which you jump with a paper clip, and is up under the edge
of the dash. The Data Link Connector (3P) and the Service Check Connector (2P)
are both housed in a protective rubber mount. Carefully, pry the Service Check
Connector free.
Jump the connector, turn the ignition ON, and count the
number of long and short flashes, if any, of the Check Engine Light. Yes, you
have an OBD-I emission control system. good-day ! 96 on up vehicles are OBD-II,

where are the timing marks on a 1994 honda civic 1.5
On the Cam gear are three marks. On the face of the gear it should say "up", then you have three marks one at 3 o'clock one at 7 o'clock one at 9 o'clock. the one at 7 should align up with a mark on the block. Some have a raised semicircle and you line up the 7 o'clock mark on the cam with the far left hand end of that semicircle. Now on the crack end you have a mark at the 2 o'clock position and it lines up with a mark on the block. Do not turn the crank or the cam independent of one another, as the valves can be bent. Remove the spark plugs to ease turning the engine when needed. The engine will turn counterclockwise. Remove all necessary left hand front wheel, inner fender splash guard, covers, top engine mount. turn the engine until number 1 cyl. is at TDC compression stroke, and all timing marks align as noted. Remove the lower crankshaft bolt and pulley, and lower belt cover. Loosen tensioner bolt and push it out of your way and remove the belt. Put on the new timing belt in this order, crank sprocket, cam sprocket, water pump sprocket, tensioner. Belt must be tight on no tensioner side. Push the tensioner against the belt. Turn the engine 4 turns counterclockwise, until the timing marks realign, loosen the tensioner and turn the engine again 3 teeth, torque the tensioner to 30 flbs. reinstall all the mounts and covers. all should be good.
