replace the washer pump theres one for front and one for rear

Check the evap hoses are seated correctly,also check for any small vacuum hoses that may have been knocked off as i have encountered the exact same problem before and it turned out to be a vacuum leak

If the pump relay is working and the pump runs when you turn the key on, it could be the check valve in the pump. The valve could be allowing fuel pressure to drain back into the tank when the engine is off.

If you checked properly and coolant/rad isn't getting hot, coolant is up to proper level, then I'd replace thermostat.

Hold lock and unlock buttons at the same time with the key on when you hear the chirp it's programed

i think the pick up for the rev counter ,is on the shaft for your distributor if that is the case you change the shaft but it can dirty connections at the coil .so clean the wires there first.

blower relay stuck with the contacts closed sending constant current to the blower. replace blower motor relay.

flat battery ? usually hear the solenoid clicking on the starter motor.

Being tested without a load on it can make a difference. If the battery is not putting out 12 volts it will make things crazy. Also the alternator could be charging at times and sometimes not. Alt. Should have 12.9 at least. Check serpentine belt, could be slipping therfore it cant charge.

Sounds like you have a head gasket problem, as it gets worse it will leak oil and coolant on the exhaust manifold giving you the burning smell, I would suggest you get that changed as soon as you can, going too long can and will cause very large very expensive issues and possibly destroy the car.
