U can reset the check engine light by disconnecting the battery negative cable for 3 minutes, but if the problem that caused the light to come isn't repaired it will come back on fairly quickly.

put on jack stands then take tire off and then take 2 bolts off caliper remove old pads and depress caliper with a vise clamp then put new pads on then put caliper back on and tire then bleed the brakes and check brake fluid top it off

Last night I was driving
it could be a blown head gasket or could be a stuck thermostat causing the coolant to bowel and the only place to go is out the resevoir bottle pull your oil dipstick check to see if you can see little water bubbles in the oil on the stick this kinda gives you an idea if the head gasket is blown because most of the time the coolant will mix with the oil if the thermostat is stuck close it will lead to a blown head gasket if you dont get it taken care of also you may have a slow leak in the water pump and once the level gets low its going to bowel whats left and the stem will come out the over flow tube on the bottle

Check coolant levels. Look for leaks around hoses and engine block. make sure hose have pressure when vehicle reaches running temp.Replace thermostat . If none of the above is the problem you may have a clogged catalytic converter.

check for fluid coming out of the bottom of your water pump...it may only be a small trickle...you may have a hose slightly leaking, your drain plug on your radiatior may be leaking.

It is a bad coil. The coil is exactly what it says. A coil of copper wire. When wire heats up it expands and shrinks back when it cools. When you drive your car, the coil gets hot and the wire inside the coil expands and breaks connection. When it cools back off then it shrinks back and makes connection again. 99 times out of 100 the coil is the problem with these symptoms.

Rear wheel on driver side
it sounds like you have a bad rear wheel bearing. you have to take the rear drivers side axel out and have it pressed off and have the new one pressed on.

if you know the dealership it was purchased from, give them the vin # of the vehicle and they should get it for you. otherwise you have to pull the radio out enough to get the #'s off of it and give both numbers to a dealership or a volvo mechanic

It sounds like the rear oil seal on the oil base pan is leaking......You have to remove the base pan and replace the front and rear oil seal.They just sit in the grouve of the oil pan.You can also try retorqueing the bolts first to see if they came loose over time. Hope this helps.
Regular unleaded or Premium ?
This is a wide range of fuel types. Minimum Octane level to run decent is normally 87. Up in the northern areas and hilly states I've seen this a little lower. Typically your choices are 87 octane, 89 octane and 93 octane. I recommend using the 89 octane or mid grade to get the best mileage and consistent performance from the vehicle. You will get better mileage from the higher 93 octane or Premium but this is off set by the increased soot and build up over time and the mileage isn't that much better to justify the cost between the Mid and Premium grade fuels.

have to take it to a dealership, they can usually pull up the radio code by looking up your vin number, but if its ever been replaced then you have to remove the radio and take it to them and they will look it up by the part number
