1995 Volvo 960 fuel rail leaking at forward plug. Is the plug screwwd in or what ?

Does it look like a screw or bolt? Does it have a hex to fit a wrench or socket on? If it does, unscrew it and wrap Teflon tape (plumbers tape) around the threads, then put back in. If it's a plug, and it can't be unscrewed, the fuel rail likely needs replaced.

Why does my 1995 Volvo transmission stop going into gear after it's hot?

1) How's your fluid level? 2) When did you last replace your filter? 3) When it shifted, did it go trough all the gears as you accelerate or did it just stay on one gear and never shifted? 4) How's reverse, does it slip out too after 2 - 3 min? 5) As you first able to shift into gear, you can drive it for 2 to 3 mintues and it just suddenly slip out of gear? .... could be a number of different things. Maybe even burnt out clutche(s) inside your transmission

Were are the sunroof drain holes on a 1995 960 volvo wagon

They are in each corner of the sunroof "cartridge". The way to tell if they work is to open the sunroof and slowly pour a little water in each corner. The front corners should drain down behind the front wheels. The rear corners should drain down in front of the rear wheels. The most likely scenario is that there are leaves and dirt in the drains, so you want to clear that out. You can use a sturdy nylon line (like nylon fishtape) to gently free up the drains. The front ones are relatively easy to get to from the top of the car with the sunroof open (you can see the holes with a flashlight). The rear ones are easier to get to from the rear of the car. If you open the panels on the side in the tailgate, you'll see a little black vent/valve with a hose attached to it. Pry that off gently, then feed the nylon line backwards up there and push back and forth a bit, then pour some water down the sunroof to flush it. Another thing that can happen is that the hose has come apart. The front ones are easy to get to behind the A-pillar trim. The rear ones have a union right behind the rear doors over the door/rear window. You might have to drop the C pillar trim and possibly the headliner, to be able to get to that. The water should tell you though. If the hoses are intact, water will come out each corner of the car - then they're probably just plugged. If this was after a HEAVY rain, you might want to add a new seal to the sunroof too. That will seal it to the roof and let in less water, leaving the hoses more able to drain the water away. You can also park the car on an incline if you don't have time to work on it now. If it drains fine from the front drains, park the car nose down, even if it's a very little slope, the water won't drip through your dome light. :D

Replaced Idle Air Valve and EGR Valve. Car still runs rough.

The Mass air flow sensor account for ALL Of the air entering your engine , and controls the amount of fuel the Computer dispenses , prices can range from $400+ to $100 or lower , depending on the year/make/model . You may try cleaning your MAF with cleaner from a parts store , make sure it is specifically designed for MAF's as using the wrong type of cleaner may damage the sensor .

The maf could Definately cause your rough idle/hesitation.

What makes my 95 volvo 960 jump into winter mode

Did you spill water in that little Economy/Sport switch? It pops out relatively easily so maybe get a replacement switch from the junk yard and replace it and try again? Or do you have something hanging/dangling that would hit the button inadvertently?

When to replace spark plugs

That's the inline six cylinder engine and I usually checked the plugs every 15K miles when I did my oil changes. I only used the OEM Volvo plugs as it ran best on that (low grade or premium, and I even tried Ethanol free gas). They lasted about 75K before I thought they looked a little worn. The short answer is to replace them when they're worn.
